Apartment Type
Some of our apartments are two storeys. Unless a single storey apartment is specifically requested, you may be placed in a two storey apartment.
Servicing & Supplies
All apartments are fully self-contained and are professionally cleaned at departure. A full set of clean sheets and towels are provided for your stay and a complimentary weekly linen change is included for stays of 8 days or more. Please note, that apartments are not normally cleaned during your stay; however, this can be arranged for an additional charge if required.
We provide a small selection of supplies (Tea, Coffee, Milk, Toilet Rolls, etc) – enough for 1 or 2 days. Coles and Woolworths supermarkets are located a short 10 minute drive or bus ride from the complex, where you can purchase additional items for a longer stay.
Non Smoking
All apartments are strictly non-smoking for the comfort of other guests. Ashtrays are provided for use outside each apartment.

Check-in Time
Check-in time is 2pm. Please let us know if you are arriving earlier and, while we cannot guarantee an early check-in, we will do our best to ensure that your apartment is ready as early as possible. We have secure luggage storage and you are more than welcome to leave your luggage with us until your apartment is ready.
Reception closes at 5.00pm. Please advise us of your arrival time at least 24 hours prior to arrival if you will be arriving after reception is closed, so that we can make arrangements for you to obtain the key to your apartment.
Check-out Time
Check-out time is strictly 10am. It may be possible to arrange a late check-out but, as this depends on other bookings, this cannot be guaranteed. Please contact reception on the day prior to departure if you would like to arrange a late checkout. A fee is payable for all late check-outs.
Security Bond
Please note, we will require signed photo ID for the main person and a signed credit card authority (or a cash or EFTPOS deposit of $500) at check in, for security on the apartment. This is to cover any incidentals, breakages, etc.
Digital ID (such as NSW Digital Drivers Licence) are not acceptable forms of ID, as they do not display a signature. A physical credit card must be presented at check in. Mobile payment services (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Apple Credit Cards) are not acceptable for use as a security bond.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy
The following charges will be incurred for any cancellations:
More than 60 days before arrival:
5% of the total tariff will be forfeited.
31 to 60 days before arrival:
15% of the total tariff will be forfeited.
8 to 30 days before arrival:
30% of the total tariff will be forfeited.
0 to 7 days before arrival, or for a no show:
100% of the total tariff will be forfeited
Any amendments to your booking will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking for any affected nights. No charges will be incurred for extending the length of your stay, however while we will try our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to extend your stay.
We recommend travel insurance to cover you for any cancellation fees, loss, accident, or injury, etc.
Noise and Party Policy
We regret that due to bad behaviour of past guests, Cable Beach Apartments now actively enforces a No Party and Excessive Noise Policy.
No parties of any kind are tolerated in our apartments, or on the complex. Anyone found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment, or exceeding the number of permitted guests will be evicted without refund. No warning will be given!
